He has filed applications to set aside the conviction and sentence imposed by the learned Appellate Court and to record the compromise between the parties. In view of the settlement arrived in between the Petitioner/Accused and the surviving unofficial Respondents, I.A.Nos.1 &2 of 2025 are allowed. In view of the filing of the compromise by both the parties with their counsels, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as compromised, the Petitioner is acquitted under Section 320(8) of ‘the Cr.P.C.’ The judgment dated 18.04.2024 in Crl.A.No.153/2019 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kadapa; the judgment in C.C.No.305/2016 dated 30.07.2019 on the file of the learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class for Prohibition and Excise Offences, Kadapa are set aside, the Petitioner is acquitted.
