The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Meral P.S. Case No. 67/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 461 & 379 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M, Garhwa. 3. On 30.03.2024, theft was committed in the shop of the informant. Accused persons took away stabilizers, inverters, batteries and other articles from there. 4. It was submitted that a Tulu pump is alleged to have been recovered on the pointing out of this petitioner, which is not a subject matter of this case. 5. Mr. Tarun Kumar, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Garhwa in connection with Meral P.S.
