Perused the material on record. Learned Assistant Government Pleader placed on record written instructions and would submit that respondent Police did not summon the petitioner or threatened him to settle the civil dispute with the unofficial respondents. The respondent Police never interfered in the civil disputes between the parties and requested to dispose of the Writ Petition by passing appropriate orders. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that recording the said submission, this Writ Petition may be disposed of. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Respondent Police are directed to follow due process of law with regard to the subject matter. No order as to costs. 3 Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
