Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:76516 Court No. - 9 Case :- MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 4824 of 2025 Petitioner :- Smt. Babli Respondent :- Rajesh Kumar And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Aanya Verma,Alok Saxena Hon'ble Rohit Ranjan Agarwal,J. 1. This is the plaintiff's petition. In the suit instituted by plaintiff petitioner an application 6C for grant of interim injunction was moved. During pendency of the said application, petitioner had pressed for grant of ad interim injunction but the trial court had not granted ad interim injunction on the ground that there are other co- sharers of the property in dispute. Petitioner is aggrieved by non grant of ad interim injunction. 2. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending as application for grant of temporary injunction 6C is pending consideration before the trial court, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon the trial court to decide the application 6C filed in Original Suit No. 456 of 2025, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 3. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. 4. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
