After investigation, cancellation report dated 03.03.2025 was prepared and filed before the Magistrate, Phul, on 04.03.2025. The complainant Resham Singh has also recorded his statement before the Court that he is Learned State counsel has also referred to status report, dated to contend that as of now no threat to the petitioner or his family life and liberty has been found.
