Heard Sri Ghantasala Udaya Bhaskar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that, basing on the complaint of the 5th respondent, police was called the petitioner to the police station for preliminary enquiry, the respondent police made General Dairy on 26.08.2023, as the matter is civil in nature, both the parties compromised before the elders. Police nevere interfered into the civil disputes between the parties. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of. However, respondent-police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
