Instant petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking issuance of directions to learned lower appellate Court to expeditiously decide the criminal revision petition (Annexure P-2) filed by the petitioner against the order dated 10.03.2022 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Meham, in FIR No.547 dated 19.08.2018 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 506, 120- B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Meham, vide which respondent No.2 was declared as juvenile without granting proper opportunity to the petitioner to lead the evidence.
