Shri Ayaz Naved, learned counsel appears for respondent No.2/CSIDC and submits that the matter is allotted to Shri Abhijit Mishra, Advocate, however, he is not available today. 2. On instructions, Learned counsel Shri Ayaz Naved submits that the representation of the petitioner is lying pending before respondent No.2/CSIDC and he submits that the representation of the petitioner would be decided expeditiously. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition has been filed due to illegal action of the CSIDC by which they have cancelled the lease deed executed between the parties on an allegation that the petitioner could not develop the industry within the specified period. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions made by learned counsel appearing for the parties, the respondents authorities especially respondent No.2/CSIDC is directed to consider and decide the pending representation/application of the petitioner for grant of lease in favour of the petitioner within a period of 30 days from the date of production of a copy of this order. 3 5. At this stage, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2/CSIDC submits that since the representation was filed by the petitioner way back perhaps in the year 2022, as such the petitioner may be directed to file a fresh representation so that the matter may be decided within the stipulated period. 6. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation and on filing a fresh representation by the petitioner, the respondents authorities are directed to decide the same within the aforesaid stipulated period of 30 days. 7.
