This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 in trying to dispossess the petitioner from the land admeasuring Ac.1.50 cents situated in Sy.No.275-5 of Puttaparthy village and Mandal, Anantapur District even inspite of granting Tree Patta, dated 18-08-2004 in favour of the petitioner and the same is subsisting. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader took time to file counter and vacate stay on 11.08.2025, 28.08.2025 and 11.09.2025, but there is no counter forthcoming from the respondents. However, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the respondent authorities concerned will follow the due procedure with respect to the subject land. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondent Nos.1 to 3 are directed to deal with the subject land in an extent of Ac.1.50 cents situated in Sy.No.275-5 of Puttaparthy village and Mandal, Anantapur District, strictly in accordance with law, if so warranted for any public purpose and if the petitioner is otherwise found to be in possession of the same, she shall be dealt with strictly in accordance with law, by hearing all the parties concerned, including the petitioner, giving due opportunity, upon verification of 3 HBKM,J W.P.No.19844 of 2020 the records and the subject land, appropriate decision shall be taken on its own merits. Any dispossession from the subject land shall not be made except by following the due process of law. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
