Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "1. Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 23.12.2024 passed by the learned Additional Commission (Judicial) Division Vindhyachal, District Mirzapur in Appeal No. 856 of 2023 (Sumeet Kumar Vs State of U.P. and others) Under Section 24(4) of U.P. Revenue Code 2006. (Annexure No. 8 to this writ petition). II. Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 02.12.2023 passed by the Up Zila Adhikari, Chunar District Mirzapur, in Case No. 1589 of 2023 (Motilal Vs State of U.P. and others). (Annexure No. 6 to this writ petition)." 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that against the orders impugned, the petitioner has alternative remedy of filing a revision under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy as available to him under the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 6.
