The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to him in case FIR No.0092 dated 07.04.2025 registered under Sections 115, 126, 190, 191(3), 351(3) and 61 of BNS, at Police Station Sector-27, Sonipat, District Sonipat. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 20.05.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 3. Learned State counsel has filed the reply by way of an affidavit of Deputy Commissioner of Police, West, District Sonipat and the same is taken on record. He further submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation. 4.
