Inspite of receipt of petitioners written complaint given on 12.09.2023 and the same was endorsed to the respondents 2 and 3 for necessary action as illegal, arbitrary, irrational, unconstitutional and in violation of Principles of Natural Justice and to consequently direct the 3rdrespondent to register F.I.R against the respondent 4 to 12 herein to take necessary action and to do the investigation in to it expeditiously as early as possible and to pass

ORDER:
This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been filed, by the Petitioner for the following relief:
“ ... to issue a Writ, or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents particularly the respondent No.3 herein regard to registration of FIR and to take initiate necessary action against the respondents 4 to 12. In spite of receipt of petitioners written complaint given on 12.09.2023 and the same was endorsed to the respondents 2 and 3 for necessary action as illegal, arbitrary, irrational, unconstitutional and in violation of Principles of Natural Justice and to consequently direct the 3rdrespondent to register F.I.R against the respondent 4 to 12 herein to take necessary action and to do the investigation in to it expeditiously as early as possible and to pass ...”
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home representing for respondent State. Perused the material on record. Learned Assistant Government Pleader placed on record, the written instructions and would submit that respondent Police did not receive any complaint dated 12.09.2023 from the Petitioner. On enquiry it came to light that there are civil disputes between the Petitioner and unofficial respondents and requested to dispose of the Writ Petition by passing appropriate orders. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Petitioner is at liberty to work out the remedy before appropriate forum according to law. No order as to costs.
