Upon hearing learned counsel for the Petitioner and on perusal of the record, it appears that in Encroachment Case No.4- 258/2025, an eviction order has been passed against the Petitioner. Thus, the prayer made in this writ petition cannot be entertained. 4. At this stage, Mr. Bhoi, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to assail the order of eviction in accordance with law. 5.
