No. 1079/SEB-KUR/2020 dated 03-03-2021 and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2021 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the respondents to release the Ashok Leyland Mini Lorry Goods Vehicle bearing No. TS 32 T 3243 forthwith by accepting third party surety instead of furnish a fixed deposit receipt of Rs. 7,50,000/-, pending dispsoal of the above writ petition pass Counsel for the Petitioner: 1.
