The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction upon the concerned respondents to pay more compensation than what has already been paid to the petitioner for acquisition of his residential land for construction of railway line at Garhwa Road (Rehala) in connection with L.A. Case No. 12 of 2018-19.
2. No one appears on behalf of the respondents.
3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the nature of prayer made in the writ petition, without entering into the merit of the case, the petitioner is given liberty to prefer a fresh representation on the present issue before the District Land Acquisition Officer, Palamau (the respondent no. 7). On receipt of the said representation, the respondent no. 7, after

verifying the relevant records and on providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other concerned person(s), shall take an appropriate informed decision in accordance with law within six weeks from the date of filing of the said representation.
4. The writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid liberty and direction.
