Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance & Planning and Sri Srinivasula Reddy Vajrala, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent Nos.2 to 6. 2. Sri Vajrala Srinivasula Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent Nos.2 to 6, submits that claim is in respect of two bills in the present Writ Petition (Rs.4,86,736/- and Rs.8,20,187/-). Learned Standing Counsel would also submit that the bill for an amount of Rs.4,86,736/- has already been paid by crediting it to the Writ Petitioner herein. This position is not disputed by the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner. He would also 3 submit that his client has informed that the said amount has been received. Learned Standing Counsel seeks some more time for payment of the other bill for a sum of Rs.8,20,187/-. 3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this Writ Petition, with a direction to the Respondent Nos.2 to 6 to complete the entire administrative process, both inter-departmental and intra-departmental, by way of mutual cooperation and coordination, within a period of eight (8) weeks from today and transfer the balance amount of Rs.8,20,187/- to the bank account of the Writ Petitioner within four (04) weeks thereafter. 4. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No order as to costs. 5.
