This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: “to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the Endorsement in Ref. B.704/2025, Dated 15.09.2025 and Endorsement in Ref. B.703/2025, Dated 15.09.2025 issued by 9th respondent, thereby rejecting petitioners from eligibility of R and R Package under the reason that petitioners are not residing in the China Ramanayyapeta Village three years prior to the cut-off date 13.08.2010 despite the same 9th respondent issued Proceedings in Ref. B/58/2020, dated 15.02.2020, thereby conforming that the petitioners are residents of China Ramanayyapeta Village, Devipatnam Mandal, as illegal, irregular, arbitrary, principles of natural justice, contrary to the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and rules framed thereunder, the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Rules, 2014 and offends Articles 14,15, 16, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to grant R and R package to the petitioners together with all statutory benefits and pass such…” 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue collectively submitted that, the issue involved in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 24.08.2021 in Writ Petition No.11333 of 2020 which is placed on record and prayed to pass order on the same lines. 3. Taking into consideration the submissions of both the learned counsel and following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition also stands disposed of in terms of the order passed in Writ Petition No.11333 of 2020. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed, setting aside the endorsement issued by the 8th respondent dated 15.09.2025, and the 8th respondent is directed to pass a fresh reasoned order, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and uninfluenced by any observations made herein. There shall be no order as to costs. 5. Registry is directed to append a copy of the order in Writ Petition No.11333 of 2020 to this order.
