N BHUPAL REDDY The Court made the following: 3 O R D E R This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to declare the action of respondents in not considering the bids of petitioners submitted in pursuance of the Tender Notice vide RC No.A1/TENDER/NLR/01/ 2014, dated 22.05.2014 issued by respondent Nos.2 and 3, though the Order of blacklisting the petitioner name was set-aside by this Court vide Writ Petition No.37198 of 2013, as illegal, arbitrary and consequently, direct the respondents to consider the bids of the petitioner while opening the bids in pursuance of the above Tender Notification. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Jagadish, learned counsel for the Writ Petitioner submits that no orders are required to be passed in the present Writ Petition, as the matter has become infructuous. 3. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. 4.
