The present application has been filed with the prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant in Case Crime No. 400 of 2024, under Sections 77, 75(2), 75(3), 78(2), 351(2) of B.N.S. and Section 9-L/10 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, Police Station- Pilakhua, District- Hapur. 3. After arguing the matter at some length, Sri Atul Kumar Tiwari, counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the present bail application with liberty to the applicant to file regular bail application before the Court of competent jurisdiction. 4.
