The present application is filed to to condone the delay of 97 days in preferring the Misc. Civil Application for restoration of the F/Second Appeal No.4705 of 2025. 2. It is the case of the applicant that the applicants were required to submit Civil Application for bringing legal heirs and process was initiated preparing a pedhinama and the relevant documents for the said purpose were to be received and therefore there was a delay of 97 days. 3. Learned AGP Mr.Bharat Vyas has no objection if the application is allowed. 4. Having heard learned advocates for the parties and having considered the facts, sufficient reasons have been mentioned in the application to condone the delay. In view of the same, the present application is allowed and the delay is condoned. Learned advocate to remove office objections within two weeks.
