ORDER:
The present writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the 6th respondent in attempting to mutate the name of the 8th respondent in the Municipal Records with respect to the subject property admeasuring an extent of Ac.1.20 cents in Sy.No.96 of Mallampet Village, Bobbili Mandal, Vizianagaram District, despite the fact that the 8th respondent has no right or title over the said property, in spite of several representations addressed by the petitioner.
2. In fact, the apprehension of the petitioner is that the 8th respondent has approached this Court in W.P. No. 31009 of 2024 seeking a direction to the authorities from enforcing the proceedings dated 27.06.2024 issued by the 2nd respondent therein and the consequential endorsement dated 04.11.2024 issued by the 4th respondent therein. The said writ petition was disposed of on 09.05.2025 with the following directions:
“12. Therefore, in the light of the above, the Writ Petition is
disposed of with the following directions:- (i) The Respondent No.4 shall consider the application of the Petitioner for mutation in the Municipal records; (ii) The Respondent No.4 shall provide opportunity of hearing to Petitioner and any interested person opposing the claim; (iii) The above exercise should be completed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of the
order;

(iv) No order as to costs.”
3. Consequent to the said directions, the 8th respondent has presented the document before the authorities for mutation, and the same was considered and resulted in the endorsement dated 29.07.2025. The operative portion of the said endorsement is as follows:
“In view of the lands explained above, the M/s TBR Metals and Constructions Represented by its Managing Partner, Sri T. Naga Surya Karthik S/o Sri T. Bhaskar Rao, Patha Bobbili, Bobbili, Vizianagaram District, is here by informed that, the said title transfer of the Assessment No.1000001/86 of the Property of CBM Girls High School, Bobbili, which was represented in the reference 1” cited cannot be considered due to not fulfilling the conditions of the Rule 3 of the Transfer of Registry of Ownership of Properties in the Assessment Books of Municipalities of Andhra Pradesh Municipalities (Alteration of Ownership of Property in Assessment Books Rules, 1986).”
4. In view of the above circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to place any relevant material to substantiate the apprehension expressed by the petitioner.
5. Accordingly, this Court is not inclined to pass any orders. The present Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
