The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Gumla P.S. Case No. 381/2023, for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Gumla. 3. On 5.11.2023 at about 6:00 P.M., the petitioner took the informant to Dumralla Faguntand, where the accused persons were also present. The informant was roughed up by the accused persons and the petitioner is alleged to have shot the informant causing injury on his back. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in custody for last six months. 5.
