1. By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“10.1. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash / set-aside the order dated 16.01.2025 (Annexure P-2) passed by Deputy Secretary, Commerce and Industry (C.G.).
10.2. Any other relief which the Hon'ble Court may deem fit, in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 16.01.2025 passed by the respondent No.2, the services of the petitioner has been transferred from District Commerce & Industries Center, Bijapur to District Commerce & Industrial Center, Manendragarh District Manendragarh Chirmiri Bharatpur. He submits that the present place of posting is a native place of the petitioner and is 700 kms. away from the new place of posting and his family is dependent upon the petitioner, therefore, the said impugned order is illegal, bad in law and requires to be quashed.
3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the submission and submits that the transfer order has been passed on administrative basis, which is absolutely correct and requires no interference.
4. Considering the submissions made by the parties, the petitioner is
directed to file a representation raising all his grievances before the authorities concerned within a period of 10 days and, in turn, the concerned authorities are directed to consider and
3 decide the said representation of the petitioner while passing appropriate orders within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of such representation, in accordance with law.
5. Till the decision of the said representation, the impugned transfer
order dated 16.01.2025 is kept in abeyance.
