By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "I. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondent no.1 and 2 to paid the provisional pension of the petitioner from the months of July 2024 to 23.02.2025." 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that in regard to provisional pension, petitioner has already approached this Court vide Writ A No.16559 of 2025 which is still pending and in which vide order dated 24.02.2025 direction was issued to pay pension to the petitioner at previous rate at which he was receiving prior to passing of impugned orders and accordingly, petitioner is receiving pension since 24.02.2025 and if petitioner has any grievance regarding arrears he may file application in the pending petition. 4. From the perusal of the order passed by this Court dated 24.02.2025, I find merit in the submission advanced by learned Standing Counsel. 5. In view of the above, while I decline to grant indulgence in the present writ petition, I hereby leave it open for the petitioner to pursue his remedy in the pending writ petition. 6.
