Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that term of their licence for operating a meat shop is till 31.03.2025 and despite categorical direction issued by the Appellate Authority way back on 28.11.2024 to the Nagar Nigam Greater, Jaipur to decide the matter afresh after giving a reasonable opportunity of hearing and leading evidence to them, the respondent No.4 is not proceeding in the matter. She submits that the next date fixed before the [2025:RJ-JP:4627] (3 of 3) [CW-1690/2025] respondent No.4 is 06.02.2025. She prays that the respondent No.4 be directed to decide the pending matter expeditiously. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by her, these matters are disposed of in following terms without issuing notice to the respondent to obviate further delay and not to enburden them with unnecessary litigation expenses. The respondent No.4 is directed to decide the pending matter before him vide a reasoned and speaking order in compliance of the direction dated 28.11.2024 issued by the Appellate Authority either on the next date or within a period of a week thereafter.
