The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mango P.S. Case No.343 of 2022, corresponding to G.R. Case No.1146 of 2023 for the offences registered under Sections 406/420 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Sri Pawan Kumar, learned JMFC, Jamshedpur. On 30.09.2022, the informant was duped of her gold chain and ring by two unknown persons, who have been impersonating themselves to be the police officials. It was submitted that the petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused, who has been granted bail by learned court below itself. It was further submitted that another co-accused Ali Raza has been granted bail by this Court. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid fact. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Pawan Kumar, learned JMFC, Jamshedpur or his successor, in connection with Mango P.S. Case No.343 of 2022, corresponding to G.R. Case No.1146 of 2023. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
