The present application under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita has been filed to quash the order dated 01.07.2024 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 12 Bareilly in Criminal Revision No. 144 of 2023 whereby revisional court affirmed the order dated 13.03.2024 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bareilly, by which learned Magistrate, dismissed the complaint. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a xerox thereof.
