This petition has been filed by the petitioner in the nature of PIL seeking establishment and construction of power sub station at Village Rajapur, Vikas Khand Mohammadabad, District Ghazipur bearing load of 33/11 K.V.A. 2. Various submissions have been made including the fact that several representations have been made by the petitioner including representation dated 12.04.2025 seeking the relief as claimed in the petition. However, neither the requisite has been done nor the representations have been responded despite the fact that the villagers for lack of power sub station are suffering breaking/tripping of the electricity during the crop season. 3. In view of overall circumstances wherein the decision to construct power sub station has to be taken by the respondents- Power Company, we deem it appropriate and, therefore, direct the respondents to decide the pending representation of the petitioner taking into consideration the grievances raised by them and pass a speaking order. 4. Needful would be done within a period of two weeks from the date a copy of this order along with a fresh detailed representation is filed by the petitioner. 5. With the above directions, petition stands disposed of.
