Through the medium of this petition, petitioner has alleged non-compliance of judgment dated 07.11.2017, passed by this Court in SWP No. 1109/2014. 2. Statement of facts/compliance report dated 16.02.2024 has been filed on behalf of the respondents. It is stated therein that order No. 238/IGGDCJ of 2024 dated 07.02.2024 has been passed, whereby the salary of the petitioner for the months of December 2013, January 2014 up to 19th February 2014 has been released. It is further submitted that the salary bill for the aforesaid period has been duly submitted to the concerned Treasury Office. 3. I have perused the statement of facts/compliance report. It is clear that the direction contained in the judgment dated 07.11.2017 stands complied with in its letter and spirit. 4. In view of the compliance so filed, nothing survives in the present contempt petition. Accordingly, the proceedings in the instant contempt petition are closed. Contempt notices stand discharged.
