Siva Kumari, learned Standing Counsel for ESIC. 2. The writ petition is filed challenging the relieving order No.521/A/34/21/2/2024-ESTT, dated 29.05.2025 and to direct the respondents to consider the case of the applicants for absorption into ESIC, Kakinada. 3. It is pointed out by the learned Standing Counsel for ESIC that the said relieving order dated 09.06.2025 was a consequence of the office order No. 66 of 2025 dated 28.05.2025 of the Regional Office, Telangana, and without challenging the said order before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, the present writ petition is filed, and as such, it is not maintainable. 4. In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that appropriate steps will be taken to challenge the said order. 5. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue his remedies available in law, before the appropriate forum. No order as to costs.
