No. 379 of 2021 dated 06.01.2021, wherein this Court directed the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 06.07.2020 submitted by the petitioner under the Spandana programme and to pass appropriate orders within a period of four (04) weeks. 2. After issuance of the notice on respondents, the respondents have filed a counter affidavit. Along with the said counter affidavit, the respondents have placed on record an endorsement dated 01.04.2022, wherein it is stated that the application of the petitioner has been considered in compliance with the directions of this Court. 3. In view of the compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.379 of 2021 dated 06.07.2020, no further orders are required to be passed in this Contempt Case.
