According to the petitioner, though Ext.P1 application was filed in the year 2022, no final orders have been issued so far. 3. Heard the learned Government Pleader also. 4. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, I am of the view that, in view of the limited nature of relief now sought for by the petitioner, the writ petition can be disposed of without notice to private respondents, namely respondents 3 and 4. Accordingly, the writ petition will stand disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1 (if pending) after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to respondents 3 and 4 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
