By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner has prayed for quashing of the orders by which he has been transferred from one place to another place within the district. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that since the petitioner has been transferred within the district, he may not have any grievance. 4. Be that as it may, since the petitioner has made representation in the matter before the competent respondent authority-respondent no.3 on 15.04.2025 while I decline to grant indulgence in the matter, I provide that his representation may be decided by passing appropriate order within six weeks of presentation of certified copy of this order. 5.
