GP FOR HOME 3 THE HONOURABLE DR.JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 11974 of 2021 The Court made the following Order: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents No. 2 and 3 in failing to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.06.2021, 11.06.2021 and 18.06.2021 is illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and contrary to the provisions of Cr.P.0 and consequent' / direct the respondents No. 2 and 3 to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.06.2021, 11.06.2021 and 18.06.2021 as per law against the Respondents No. 6 to 9.” 2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that basing on the petitioner’s representation, the Police registered a Crime vide FIR No.283 of 2021 against the unofficial respondents. After due investigation, the Police filed charge sheet vide SC/ST No.147 of 2021 on the file of Special Judge for Trial of Cases under SC/ST (PoA) Act-cum-VI Additional District & Sessions Judge, Kurnool for the offences under Section 506 read with Section 34 IPC and Sections 3(1)(r)(s) and 3(2)(va) of the SC/ST (PoA) Amendment Act, 2016. He would further submit that the unofficial respondents filed Crl.P.No.4748 of 2023 seeking quashment of the case wherein a 4 Coordinate Bench of this Court vide its Order dated 16.04.2025 quashed the said charge sheet against the unofficial respondents. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Interlocutory applications, if any, pending shall stand closed. ________________________________________ DR.
