It is the contention of the petitioner that the Committee for Regularization of Unauthorised Occupation considered the application filed by the petitioner and took a decision to regularize and grant 3 acres of land in Survey No.18 of Chikkodanahalli Village, Kasaba Hobli, H.D.Kote Taluk, on 06.05.2017. Thereafter, the Tahasildar, H.D.Kote Taluk issued Official Memorandum dated - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:32931 WP No. 25708 of 2025 10.07.2017 at Annexure-B granting the lands in favour of the petitioner. Following which a saguvali chit was also issued in favour of the petitioner, as found at Annexure-C. However, till date the name of the petitioner is not entered in the revenue records. 3. The writ petition stands disposed of, with a specific direction to the respondent No.3 – Tahasildar, H.D.Kote Taluk to verify from the records and find out if the facts stated herein are correct or not. If it is a fact that the Tahasildar has issued an Official Memorandum on 10.07.2017 and Saguvali chit is also issued in favour of the petitioner, then the Tahasildar shall proceed to mutate and enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
