The petitioner has filed the present writ petition aggrieved by the inaction of the 2nd respondent in taking appropriate steps for removing the unauthorized construction of the 3rd respondent. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 3rd respondent unauthorisedly obtained permission dated 29.10.2022 by referring to a different door number. It is submitted that the 3rd respondent has obtained the permission from the 2nd respondent by relying on a sale deed which would refer to door No.40-6/1-8 and the permit order reference to a different door number. 3. The learned counsel for the 3rd respondent submits that the 3rd respondent has got sale deed rectified from their vendor and got rectification registered. Thereafter the 3rd respondent submitted a rectified sale deed to the 2nd respondent and got modified the building permission order on 08.08.2024. A copy of the same is placed before this Court. 4. The learned standing counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submits that revised permission has been issued in favour of the 3rd respondent. -3- W.P. No.23249 OF 2025 Date of order: 05.11.2025 5. Considering the submissions, the writ petition is closed as the grievance of the petitioner is unfound. No costs. 6.
