PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: ORDER: The Criminal Petition has been filed under Sections 480 and 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 1 seeking to enlarge the Petitioner/Accused No.1on bail in Crime No.166 of 2025 of Tadipatri Town Police Station, Ananthapuramu District, was registered against the Petitioner/Accused No.1 herein for the offences punishable under Sections 1 The BNSS 2 103(1), 49 read with 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023 2 on the allegation that the Petitioner/Accused No.1 is committed murder. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Perused the record. 3. As seen from the record, this Court, in Crl.P.No.9502 of 2025 dated 13.10.2025, dismissed the bail application filed by Accused No.10. Similarly, in Crl.P.No.9501 of 2025 dated 22.09.2025, the bail application filed by Accused No.9 was dismissed. On 26.09.2025, in Crl.P.No.9753 of 2025, the application for bail filed by Accused No.8 was also dismissed. The Petitioner/Accused No.1 is the prime accused and surrendered on 15.07.2025. He has been in judicial custody for the past 90 days. L.Ws.7 and 8 are eye-witnesses. After thorough investigation, a charge sheet has been filed. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that there are four adverse criminal antecedents reported against the petitioner, namely Crime No.133 of 2018, Crime No.49 of 2020, Crime No.19 of 2024, and Crime No.166 of 2025, all of Tadipatri Town Police Station. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor further submits that the petitioner is a rowdy-sheeter. In view of the charge sheet having been filed and the accusations against the petitioner being well-founded, the request for grant of bail to the petitioner is liable to be dismissed. 2 The BNS 3 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the gravity and nature of the allegations leveled against the Petitioner/Accused No.1, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner/ Accused No.1. 5.
