The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition is that despite submitting an application dated 25.08.2025 seeking for granting e-pattadar passbook-cum-title deed and inclusion of the name of the petitioners in all online record of Rights, in respect of the property in question, no action has been taken so far. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has stated that as per the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, the authorities will consider the representation/Form 6-A application submitted by the petitioners and they will pass appropriate orders after giving notice to the concerned persons. 4. Considering the above submissions made by both the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the respondents especially 4th respondent to consider the representation /Form 6-A application made by the petitioners on 25.08.2025 as per the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 and 5 pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of one (1) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
