This petition has been filed for grant of following reliefs: - “(i) That the respondents may kindly be directed to regularized the service of Petitioner from initial date of appointment i.e. 21-05-2005 OR 21-10- 2005 in term of Judgment passed in CWPOA 2343 of 2020 Vikram Singh Vs HRTC. (ii) That or in alternative the respondents may kindly be directed to regularized the service of the Petitioner immediately after one year service from date of appointment with all consequential benefits.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue involved and the relief prayed for by the petitioner has already been adjudicated Vikram Singh Vs. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would be content if the case of the petitioner is considered by the respondents in light of the aforesaid judgment within a time-bound schedule. Learned Additional Advocate General has no objection to this prayer. 4. Having regard to above submissions but without examining the merits of the matter, this petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in light of the aforesaid judgment and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The decision so arrived at, shall be communicated to the petitioners. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also to stand disposed of.
