Heard Sri Abhishek Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Ravi Yadav, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2, learned A.G.A. for State and perused the record. 3. The instant application under Section 528 B.N.S.S. has been moved with a prayer to quash the summoning order dated 19.07.2011 as well as the entire proceeding of Complaint Case No.414 of 2011 (Rinku Vs. Rama Kant and others), under Sections 406, 420, 504 I.P.C., Police Station Tirwa, District Kannauj. 4. The matter is matrimonial in nature. Both the parties have entered into compromise, which is part of supplementary affidavit filed by the applicant on 16.07.2025 as at page no.11. 5. Learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 in paragraph no.6 of the supplementary counter affidavit filed today, has mentioned the text of the compromise. 6. Thus, the proceeding of complaint case number mentioned above is hereby quashed. Consequently, the proceedings of trial also quashed. 7. The application u/s 528 B.N.S.S. is allowed accordingly.
