The affidavit-of-service as filed today on behalf of the writ petitioner is taken on record. 2. By filing the instant application being CAN 1 of 2025 the writ petitioner has prayed for modification of the judgment and order dated 07.01.2025 as passed by this Court in WPA 2687 of 2024. 3. It is submitted on behalf of the writ petitioner that while disposing WPA 2687 of 2024 on 07.01.2025 this Court directed the respondent no. 6/authority to consider the representation of the writ petitioner and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the writ petitioner to pass a reasoned order within a stipulated period. 4. It is submitted on behalf of the writ petitioner that the appropriate authority for considering the representation of the writ petitioner and to pass a 2 reasoned order would be the respondent no. 4/authority instead of respondent no. 6/authority. 5. In view of such, in paragraph nos. 6 to 11 whereever the words ‘respondent no. 6’ appears those words may be replaced by the words ‘respondent no. 4’. 6. Let this order be treated as part of the judgment and order dated 07.01.2025 as passed by this Court in connection with the instant writ petition. 7. With the aforementioned observation, CAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of. 8. Before parting with, this Court grants liberty to the learned Advocate-on-Record to communicate the server copy of today’s order to the respondent no. 4 along with the server copy of the judgment and order dated 07.01.2025 as passed in WPA 2687 of 2024. 9. The respondent no. 4/authority is hereby directed to act on the server copy of today’s order as well as upon the server copy of the judgment and order dated 07.01.2025. (Partha Sarathi Sen, J.)
