This is a bail application U/S.483 of BNSS by the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Nandapur P.S. Case No. 153 of 2023 corresponding to Special T.R. Case No.135 of 2023 pending in the file of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Koraput for commission of offences punishable under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C) of the NDPS Act, on the main allegation of unlawful possession and transportation of 128 Kgs and 300 Grams of Contraband Ganja. 3. Heard, Mr. Kumar Ruturaj Satapathy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. R.B. Mishra, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor in the matter and perused the record. 4. After having considered the rival submissions and taking into account the nature and gravity of offences as alleged against the petitioner vis-à-vis the accusations sought to be brought against him and regard being had to the seizure of 128 Kgs and 300 Grams which is coming under commercial quantity, from the Blue Color Harvester Tractor without number plate allegedly in occupation of the Petitioner and his consequent failure to satisfy the conditions of Sec. 37 of NDPS Act, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, the bail application of the petitioner stands rejected. 5. Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of. 6. Issue urgent certified copy of the order as per Rules. (G.
