This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "issue writ, order a or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.3 not to constructed any road alongwith Chak Road adjacent to Gata No. 27 of the Petitioners during the pendency of the case No. 1586 of 2022; Ram Surat & others V/s State under section Code 2006. 30 of U.P. Revenue (ii) issue a writ, order ΟΙ direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 2 to fulfill the required area i.e. 0.19 Decimal in the map of Gata No. 27 of petitioner." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner has filed an application u/s 30 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 being Case No.D202214360001536/10.5.2022 which is pending consideration since 2022 for correction of map. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned case is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the above-mentioned case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within eight weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
