RAMESH WRIT PETITION NO: 26016/2025 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed declaring the action of the respondent No.4 in proceeding to dispossess the petitioners from their land in an extent of Ac.5.36 cents in Sy.No.148 of Nalagampalli Revenue Village, Gudipalli Mandal, Chittoor District, by cancelling the DKT Patta issued by the father of the petitioners without conducting any enquiry. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondents have issued notice to the petitioners dated 29.06.2025 on the ground that they violated the conditions of the DKT Patta. 4. He further submitted that to the said notice, the petitioners have also submitted their explanation dated 22.08.2025 through an Advocate and the respondents have not passed any orders so far. 5. Considering the said submissions, the respondents are directed to consider and dispose of their explanation dated 22.08.2025 and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law. Till passing of the final orders, the respondents are restrained from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners from the subject land. 4 HDR,J W.P.No.26016 of 2025 6.
