This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief: "(A) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2/Assistant Collector First Class/Tehsildar Nichlaul, District Maharajganj to decide the representation dated 5.12.2024 made by the petitioner (Annexure No. 4 to the writ petition) pending before him in specific period fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. A perusal of the representation sought to be decided by means of a direction by this Court, it transpires that therein the petitioner has sought execution of an order dated 25.6.2022 passed by the Assistant Collector First Class in proceedings under Section 67 of the UP Revenue Code, 2006. 3. On a pointed query by the Court as to whether the order had attained finality, counsel for the petitioner states that a challenge made to the order is pending consideration. 4. Under the circumstances, this petition as also the representation made by the petitioner are misconceived. 5. This petition is, therefore, dismissed. 6.
