This habeas corpus petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking custody of the corpus-his daughter. 2. Today the concerned police officials have produced the corpus before us. Date of birth of the corpus is said to be 15.05.2008 according to which she is a minor girl. The date of birth of the corpus has been confirmed by counsel for the petitioner as well as by learned Government Advocate-cum- Additional Advocate General. 3. We have interacted with the corpus, who firmly stated before this Court that she does not want to go and live with her father- petitioner and she is ready to stay in Rajkiya Balika Grah, Bharatpur. 4. Considering the submissions made by the corpus and also considering the age of corpus which is below 18 years, we deem it proper to direct the concerned police officials to admit the corpus in Rajkiya Balika Grah, Bharatpur. Corpus will remain in Rajkiya Balika Grah, Bharatpur till she attains the age of majority as per the T.C. form. However, if during the intervening period, the corpus wishes to go with her parents, she may be sent with them after necessary verification. Superintendent, Balika Grah, Bharatpur is directed not to permit anyone else to meet the corpus other than her parents. 5. In that view of the matter, this habeas corpus petition stands disposed of accordingly. A copy of this order be provided to the learned Government Advocate and a copy be also sent to the Superintendent of Rajkiya Balika Grah, Bharatpur for necessary compliance.
