Mr. Anil Kumar, learned counsel, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondent in all the writ petitions. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that after filing of the writ petitions, respondent has issued general instructions on 08.01.2025, informing that the competent authority of the Board has decided to grant benefits of approved military services in pay fixation to all the Ex-servicemen, who have been appointed before the amendment made by the Government of Himachal Pradesh in Rule 5(1) of the Demobilized Armed Forces Personnel (Reservation of Vacancies in Himachal Pradesh State Non- Technical Services) Rules, 1972, vide notification dated 29.01.2018. Benefit withdrawn, have also been ordered to be restored in order to avoid unnecessary litigation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner(s), submits that in view of aforesaid general instructions issued by the respondent, grievances of the petitioners now stand redressed. - 3 - Taking notice of above, these writ petitions to stand disposed of along with pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
