1. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:
“10.1 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ / writs, order / orders, direction / directions commanding that the impugned order dated 22/07/2020 vide letter no. SECL/KB/SRPL/CM/2020- 21/560 containing the termination order and another letter for recovery dues dated 01/12/2020 vide letter no. SECL/KB/SRPL/ SAM/2020/37 with the petitioner is liable to be set aside and appropriate writ be issued directing the respondent-SECL to compassionate the petitioner as per letter dated 14.01.2021 with ref: AKT/SECL/KB/20- 21/03 for arbitrary cancellation of work order and unjustified imposition of penalties and request for providing compensation and direct for refund of bank guarantee holding that forfeiture of bank guarantee is arbitrary and illegal. 10.2 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ/writs, order/orders, commanding the respondent No. 1 & 2 not to recover the dues from running bill of another work allotted to the petitioner, and to decide the dispute/representation dated 14.01.2021 (Annexure-P/22). 10.3 Any other relief or relief(s) which this Hon'ble Court may think proper in view of the facts and
3 circumstances of the case may also kindly be granted.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy available under the agreement and work order.
