By presenting this writ petition petitioner has prayed for re-assessment of answer scripts of written test in connection with 12th Regional Level Selection Test, 2011. It needs to be recorded that panel which was prepared for appointment in the posts of Assistant Teacher after concluding 12th RLST 2011 expired in the month of March, 2015 and the present writ petition has been instituted on 13th January, 2025, nine years after expiry of the panel. It is trite law that after expiry of the panel right of the candidate who participated in the selection process no more remains alive for consideration.
