This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS declaring the inaction of the Police Authorities in taking action against the Petitioner's complaint dated 08-08-2023 and representation dated 16-08-2023 made by the petitioner as illegal and unconstitutional and violation of Art. 14, 19 and 21 of Constitution of India apart from violation of Principles of Natural Justice and consequently direct the respondents to take action against the respondents 8 and 9 as per law and pass such other order or orders…”

The present Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to take action against the petitioner’s complaint dated 08.08.2023 and representation dated 16.08.2023 and take action against the respondent Nos.8 and 9. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on written instructions, brought to the notice of this Court that the respondent No.7 has gone through the complaint and called the petitioner for enquiry, but the petitioner did not turn up till today and filed the writ petition. 4. Recording the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the police by furnishing the
